The Requirements Creation / Clean-up offering is a full time engagement for Campbell Consulting Services. This with this offering we consult with all of the stakeholders within an identified project to elicit the customer needs. These needs are then put through analysis to be decomposed into requirement statements. There are two levels of requirement statements which are created, a high level which is more general and a detailed level which specifically state what the project shall do. These are delivered in a Requirements Specification Document, which will include the Requirements Traceability Matrix and a Trade Study of differing methods to accomplish the goal. There will also be a cost analysis of these options with recommendation of which option should be implemented based on a cost per point basis.
